In addition to the linky, I'm taking this opportunity each week to write a little bit about my favorite moments from the past week. I hope you'll feel inspired to leave a comment telling me about your favorite thing(s) that happened this week, too!
These are a few of my favorite things:
I got to go to yoga class for the first time in a long while this week. I stopped my practice early on in my pregnancy due to nausea and fatigue, and then with changing schedules with preschool and also at the yoga studio, I just hadn't been able to go back in a while. Let me tell you: it felt amazing to be back on my mat again!
I've been getting better sleep the past several days, for which I am extremely grateful. I suspect that the darker evenings are helping my circadian rhythms to even out a bit, and I've adopted a new pillow strategy in bed which is helping me to stay more comfortable. Daniel also seems to have finally adjusted to the time change, which means all three of us are getting more hours of uninterrupted sleep. It feels so good!
