not-so-wordless wednesday: comfort food

We all had a hard day yesterday, so Jaymz and I made traditional Mack family enchiladas for dinner. (Complete with lots of cheese and a fried egg on top!) It's a messy ordeal, but so worth the clean-up. I wanted five, then accidentally took out six tortillas—so I took it as a sign that I needed that extra one for good measure. Jaymz had nine. I have no idea where he puts all that food! (Maybe someday soon when the whole Mack family is together for the holidays, I can share photos of the real—huge—enchilada operation.)
