8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 can artichoke hearts (14 ounces), drained
3 cups spinach, chopped
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese plus some for the top!
¼ cup grated (or thinly sliced) provolone cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup mozzarella
Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease a 9x12 baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, garlic, basil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and black pepper:
Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach:
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with more Parmesan cheese and then mozzarella cheese:
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned:
