potato harvest!

I've always wanted to be good at gardening and vegetable-growing in particular. Apartment-living doesn't make this aspiration easy to come by, but I'm doing my best. Here are the results of my first attempt at growing potatoes from one that sprouted in our pantry [with some coaching & tips from my father-in-law]:

Next year I think won't plant as many potatoes in the same pot, and I'll start them earlier in the season, so they'll have plenty of time and room to grow!
