i went to two church services today, since it is both sunday and christmas eve. the second one especially was all about baby jesus' birth and all that jazz...and i realized, the songs and readings and everything are all describing an infant person--just any little baby--who people treated differently because he was 'chosen.'
they speak of jesus as a child with not just potential, but a purpose.
i wonder what would happen if we treated all children as if they have the power to change the world.
